How safety reports work
- Use Report next to a community message, or use the public concern form without signing in.
- Choose the most accurate category. Immediate threats to life or safety receive the highest internal priority.
- A moderator reviews the report during the published moderation hours. Reporting is not a substitute for calling emergency services.
- The moderator records the outcome and may hide content, restrict an account or take another proportionate action.
- You may email Recovery Connect to request review of a decision.
Protecting yourself
- Use a display name that does not identify you.
- Do not post your phone number, email, address or exact location.
- Block a member if you do not want either of you to see the other’s messages.
- Do not meet another pilot member or send them money.
- Talk with a qualified health professional before changing treatment or medication.
